What is Ignite?
Ignite is where 5th and 6th grade students go on a Wednesday night. Ignite consists of large group teaching and small group interactions. It is the coolest place your 5th or 6th grader can be on a Wednesday night!
5th and 6th grade is a time of transition for students. The teaching in Ignite faces the tough topics that students are starting to ask questions about. Topics include: the Gospel, authority, worship, God’s presence, emotions and grace.
Each week starts and ends with Small groups. When students arrive they are greeted by the familiar faces, and pizza! They work with their small group to memorize the messaged based scripture. Every night concludes with small group questions based on what kids learned that night. To conclude every series series in Ignite, instead of having a large group study, all the small groups do an extended bible study.
No two weeks are ever the same in Ignite! Thanks to all the theme nights that we have each night is more unique than a snow flake! Mini-Golf Night, RC Racer Night, Escape Room night and Spy night are just the tip of the Iceberg! Come and join us for these crazy awesome nights!
